Automatic Transmission Safeguard
Drivers with UK Automatic-Only Category B licences (Mathew Johnson, Matthew Haslam, Ksenia Ashton, Mo Elhamoudi) must never be assigned to manual transmission vans. OSD hard-enforces this during lineup creation and blowout cascade dispatch.
STANDBY TIMING RULES
12:00 PM Standby Buffer Cutoff
Standby drivers are kept on readiness call from 07:30 AM to cover C1 and C2 wave dispatches. Any standby driver uncalled by 12:00 PM (noon) is autonomously sent a release notification with standby compensation guaranteed.
SHIFT CHANGES
Manager Review Required
A request to change C1 or C2 leaves the original booking in place. Speak to your manager and explain the reason. If a change cannot be arranged, choose to keep the original shift or explicitly cancel; the reason must be recorded.
🛡️ Unbreakable Emergency Contact Rule:
The designated emergency default manager cannot be opted-out or removed without first assigning an active replacement contact.
